Day Number: Eight
Date: October 9, 2009
Energy Level: Not bad, still exhausted, but not terrible
How I feel before: Like not getting out of bed.
How I feel after: Wooo hooo! I hurt and am all sweaty and tired, but I mentally feel good.
Notes: Is it possible to walk faster than I run? Seriously, I think I could have walked the route faster, but on a high note, I ran the entire .7 mile instead of stopping and walking. My lungs hurt and my legs are Jello, but I am totally proud of myself. I will take week 2 pictures tomorrow.
