Notes: Today is my day off from running. The plan is to run three days and then take one day off, three days on again, et cetera. Walked around a bit, but not feeling altogether well. Im hoping that, as I go along, Ill feel better. Im already feeling more energy, which is definitely a plus. I dont feel sore, but I am making sure to stretch thoroughly every day.
