Day 6 Week 1

Day Number: Six

Date: October 7, 2009

Energy Level: Tired, but not because of the running.

How I feel before: I have indigestion and have only had four hours sleep.

How I feel after: Bleep! Holy bleep! Ouch! Never run on indigestion! Stomach cramps just about killed me for a few minutes.

Notes: For not thinking I was even going to run today, I did really well. I ran farther and faster and walked for shorter distances before today. I feel really good about that, and once the stomach cramps stopped, I felt much better.
