How I feel before: The motivation to stay in bed was outweighing the motivation to run.
How I feel after: Good. Rather proud of myself
Notes: Never underestimate the bodys ability to surprise you. I was motivated more to stay in bed today. It took me two hours to get out of a nice, comfortable bed. When I did, though, I ran for longer, probably about a quarter mile, walked less and found somewhat of a pace. All in all, I was pleasantly surprised and happy.
